Abstrakt
The lecture presents the preliminary results of the PRIMUS project "Sideros" (funding no. PRIMUS/17/HUM/30).
The main aim of the Sideros-project is to embed archaeological and scientific data from ancient Ionia on the western Anatolian coast, modern day Turkey, into a wider discourse on the economic production and knowledge transfer in the ancient Greece between the 8th and 5th centuries BCE.
