Abstract
The corpus ORATOR contains monologous speeches given by native speakers of Czech on occasions about which they are informed in advance and for which they can prepare. The speaker has a predetermined time-limited space in which he can and must create his speech.
Related to this is the greater formality, even the formality, of these situations.
