The chapter in the book deals with the issue of inclusion in general, inclusive ideals, and the situation regarding the inclusion of Roma in the Czech Republic. It introduces the context of education in the Czech Republic, the current political approach to the implementation of social justice in education.

The main issue addressed by the paper is the limits of inclusion. It turns out that they are present in both school and out-of-school environments.

In shared stereotypes regarding the Roma minority and in the economic pressures of neoliberal society. The school fails in particular to apply stereotypes with regard to Roma children and does not support them in creating a pupil's identity.

School and teachers cling to false egalitarianism, and education is primarily influenced by the ideology of performance.
