Abstract
The document, created on the basis of the syllabus for the creation of the relevant Model of the system of professional support for methodological centres established within the Czech SYPO project, focuses on the possibilities of developing the professional competence of teachers through methodological cabinets and the main thematic areas of their development. It represents a model for the methodological centre "Informatics and Digital Technologies" (hereinafter only Informatics and DT).
The model should be the starting point for the activities of methodological centres at the national, regional and regional levels. The model of the professional support system is intended as a programme and conceptual starting point for members of the national centre in the relevant field, and its text also provides information at all levels of cabinets and the professional public.
Chapter 4 "Support for the professional development of teachers, especially in the field of design and implementation of curricula in an educational subject or educational area" in the scope of 25 pages is devoted to the educational area of Informatics and IT.
