Abstract
Recombinant Src kinase protein biosensor, nucleic acid, cell line, and use of Src kinase biosensor to test the effect of chemicals affecting Src protooncoprotein activity and to analyze the localization and activity of Src in living cells. The biosensor consists of Src kinase, into which fluorophores are inserted, which will allow monitoring of its Src activity by FRET measurements.
