Abstract

The chapter deals with the issue of Labour Law in the United Kingdom at the time of the coronavirus pandemic, in this chapter the author (especially as regards the current situation in England) critically evaluates this legislation and deals with the fact whether, and if so in what respects, it would be desirable to change the current British legislation in the light of the experience gained.
