Abstract
South Korea is uniquely positioned to assist developing countries combat the COVID-19 pandemic due to its history as a nexus of international development and aid. This also presents a win-win scenario for South Korean public diplomacy wherein the trust and prestige acquired with target countries during this time will deliver significant returns in the future.
