Abstract

One of the treatment methods of evidence-based rehabilitation is music therapy. Based on an observational-descriptive study, the effect of music therapy in people with ABI on motor skills, cognition, communication and selfsufficiency was monitored.

Group and methods: 100 patients of the day hospital program KRL 1. LF UK and VFN.

The Functional Independent Measures (FIM) test was used as a measuring scale and statistical analysis (Kruskal-Wallus test and Wilcoxon test) was used for processing. Results: Improvements have been identified in the areas of motor skills, communication, cognition and self-sufficiency, and this effect increases with the number of meetings (with the exception of cognition).
