Abstract

Typical neurological manifestations of COVID-19 include olfactory and taste disturbances. Rare but more serious neurological complications of COVID-19 infection are encephalitis and encephalopathies responsive to immunomodulatory therapy.

We present two case reports of patients with neuropsychiatric manifestations, discrete structural changes in the frontal lobes in the MR image and clinical improvement after administration of intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG).
