Abstrakt
Citizen activism becomes an important movement in 2019 Russia. It is focused on both political (e.g. representatives on elections, ecological protests, free speech etc.) and non-political (e.g. volunteering, neighborhood improvements, charity) topics.
At the time we see how Kremlin-created government system gains more power with young bureaucrats joining the system. Many analytics point at a growing conflict between highly centralized state and a westernized citizens from big cities.
