Notable points of the planned whistleblower protection in the context of labor law

Abstract

The chapter deals with the protection of whistleblowers under the draft law on the protection of whistleblowers, the obligations of loyalty of (state) employees and the limits under the Labor Code and the Civil Service Act, the effects of the draft law on whistleblower protection on some cases resolved by the highest Czech courts.
