Abstract
The article summarizes possibilities, principles, advantages, disadvantages and risks of surgical treatment of urinary incontinence in children. It processed basic clinical units and indications to this type of treatment.
Among the other things is also focused on problems of these patients in general practitioner's office, resumes their specific complications and facts essential for long-life follow-up.
