The paper addresses the issue of social networks with regard to their effective use in recruitment. It characterizes the personnel activity of recruitment, especially its form in the environment of personnel agents.
It deals with the concept of social recruitment and describes the activities that fall under it, focuses on the most used social networks and their functionality is used in recruitment. The paper focuses on the research of the phenomenon of social recruitment in the Czech Republic and presents the author's data from a questionnaire survey conducted in 2020.
