Abstract
A review of the novel "Der Tod des Löwen (1916, The Death of the Lion) by the writer Auguste Hauschner, which was newly published by the Homunculus publishing house in 2019. The novel depicts the last days of Rudolf II.'s life and the Prague Jewish ghetto.
