Abstract

The text deals with the concept of diversity and the responses of this concept in the educational sciences. It also offers a taxonomy of competencies and skills to manage diversity.

Those competencies etc. should be part of the goals of school education. The core of the text then lies in the interpretation of the diversity response in educational drama.

It is based on the concept of drama of diversity itself and in the end it also describes a specific project of dramatic work with the topic of human diversity.
