Chemotherapy effectivity prediction of dynamics PET/dual scans and ctDNA tumour levels in advanced pulmonary adenocarcinomas
Abstract
The aim of study is early recognition of systemic chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer patients with the help of imaging methods and circulating tumour DNA championg levels. Authors confirmed the relations of volumetric FDG/CT parameters are related to therapeutic response of tumour disease and the dynamic of ctDNA changes is independent predictor of therapeutic effectivity.
