Abstract
The paper evaluates an architecture of the new city sports hall in Modřice near Brno by Bod architects. It compares the new buildings in the Czech Republic for the city communities with the architecture for developers and concludes that the work of architects for such communities leads to the better results than the work for building entrepreneurs.
