An introduction to the special issue of Iluminace, which has its origin in the "Interface Symposium" held at the Czech National Film Archive in Prague on November 1, 2019. The themed section includes articles by Miriam De Rosa, Chloé Galibert-Laîné, and Daniel Strutt and an interview with Jay David Bolter.
