Abstract
The employment of foreigners from third countries is highly debated topic, not only with regard to its labour law aspects, but also with regard to the legal regulation of residence permits of third country nationals. This chapter deals with the residence permit types on the basis of which these foreigners can perform work in the Czech Republic and also reflects the recent legislative changes in this area.
