Abstrakt
The article provides summary of the changes in Czech Chinese policy after 2013. The events, marked by opaque interests of Czech and Chinese lobbyists and the scandal of CEFC whose CEO was a personal advisor to Prezident Zeman, are presented within the context of "major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics", and the activities of the CCP International Liaison Department.
