Abstract
In this chapter a feature-based ontology of cyber-physical systems is provided. We have adopted feature modelling to represent the common and variant features of a CPS.
The CPS feature model has been developed after a thorough domain analysis on CPS. The resulting feature model shows the configuration space for developing CPSs.
Two different case studies on CPS have been used to illustrate how to derive a concrete CPS configuration.
