Abstract
Morgagni hernia is a rare form of diaphragmatic hernia. It is a congenital defect of the diaphragm, often asymptomatic in adulthood and thus usually found only incidentally.
Its treatment is predominantly surgical. This article presents three case reports of patients operated in our department.
