Abstract
The paper is devoted to the application processing producere for granting wedding permission to the Jewis population after the introduction of the Familiant Law of 1726. The study concentrates on the written material of the administration with the competence for Bohemia.
Examples of these documents those directly related to the processing of applications for wedding permission, from submission to conclusion, document the whole proces of implementing the law and the practical course of the approval procedure.
