Abstract
The publication describes the provision of support measures for pupils with special educational needs in the context of legislation in force in 2020. It is divided into two parts.
The first part describes the procedural and legislative framework for the provision of support measures and support measures of the 1st degree. The second part describes the application of support measures according to individual types set by Decree No. 27/2016 Coll.
