Abstract
The aim of this unique regularly held scientific conference held in the Czech and Slovak Republics, which systematically deals with educational and work contexts of population aging, is to provide space for professionals working in the field of older adults and seniors to share experiences about current trends affecting the organization, content, forms and objectives of these activities. The conference also focuses on contributions in the field of age management in order to support a comprehensive approach to addressing the demographic situation and demographic change in the workplace, including involving older adults back into the work process.
