Abstract
Commentary on research practice in translating contemporary plays (especially comedies or so called "comedies de boulevard"). An actual research of the problematics in the Czech milieu is still in its beginnings.
Article tries to reflect author's own research and praxis (translations) and conduct a survey of status quo of the topic.
