The fair renumeration in exploitation contracts of authors and performers under the Directive on Copyright and the Civil Code

Abstract

The second part of "Current Issues in Copyright Law and Industrial Law" is aimed to analyse the concept of fair renumeration in exploitation contracts of authors and performers under the Directive on Copyright within the context of Czech Copyright Act with special regard to general provisions on licenses in the Civil Code.
