Constitutional aspects of the forced withdrawal of Jaroslav Dušek's performance during the coronavirus crisis

Abstract
The internet platform youtube, the Uloz.to portal and others deleted the theatrical performance Malá Vizita & Duše K at the Ministry of the Interior's request. In defence of Internet platforms and ministries' progress, there were opinions in the public sphere that these platforms decided to delete it themselves, so it could not be censorship.
However, this case is interesting because it raises important theoretical and legal questions concerning freedom of expression, the rule of law and the regulation of social networks. Therefore, use it in this article as a case study, in which I analyze the procedure of public power and its compliance with the law.
