Concept of a Rope Skipping Intervention Program for Children

Abstract

The ability to jump rope is a suitable physical activity for children and young people. To increase the interest in a given skill, special skipping ropes of various lengths are produced and a new exercise program called rope skipping is created.

Based on the selection of suitable forms of motivation and intervention strategy for the creation of exercise programs and the possibilities of their application for the age category of children of younger school age, an intervention program of rope skipping is created. It is ready for use in school physical education and in the sports environment.
