Legal aspects of damage to health due to epidemiological measures restricting patients' access to healthcare

Abstract
This article deals with possible damage to health caused to patients in connection with a measure of the Ministry of Health, which suspended the provision of preventive care to health care providers. The aim of the article is to evaluate whether patients are entitled to compensation for the damage they have suffered as a result of anti-cancer measures precisely because they have not received preventive care, on which their health or even life depends.
