Abstract
Colloquium is used in the process of identifying a specific policy problem. Its main objective is to increase the likelihood of reaching consensus on the possibilities and ways of resolving it in the form of intensive and focused communication with a predefined objective of the actors involved.
It can build on the results of applying previous methodological procedures facilitating the path to this goal (e.g. relationship framework, focus group application, etc.). At the same time, it can be the stage that culminates in the organization of a consensual conference.
The colloquium was attended by 20 participants and took place on October 31st and November 1st 2019.
