Abstract

The European Public Prosecutor's Office is the most ambitious project to date in the field of Europeanisation of criminal law, focusing on crime that harms or threatens the EU's financial interests.The aim of this article is to draw attention to the most pressing problems that we can expect in connection with the fulfillment of the Office's goals in the coming months and years.
