Local Government Tasks in Managing Migrations in the Czech Republic and Poland

Abstrakt

The article provides an analysis of the tasks of local self-government units discussed in light of the migration process. The authors compare the legal framework in Poland and the Czech Republic primarily in relation to the tasks of communes.
