Abstract
Publication provides a theoretical background to enable sound underlying definition of the area of strategic challenges and responses, finds himself facing the Czech Republic. Defines a stronger foundation for both reconnaissance of the effects of globalization and European integration in the Czech state, and for the definition of its internal problems and development trends.
