Abstract
Diary which was kept by the signatory of Charter 77 and co-founder of Movement for civic Freedom Rudolf Battěk under the police surveillance. The publication contains not only diary records but also opening study, informations on personalities came up in the diary, brief biography of Rudolf Battěk and the name index.
