Abstract
A practical guide for the general public, especially for lovers, engaged couples, partners, divorcing couples, couples that separate or the interested public, such as parents. The publication presents in a popular way topics that were to be discussed among the engaged couples before the marriage or before the partners decide to have a child.
In this publication are presented agreements regarding property and family arrangements that can be concluded and tables for its preparation. The second part of the publication contains the legal minimum of family law to the institute of marriage, divorce, child custody, alimony, determination of paternity, common property of spouses, inheritance, cohabitation.
It includes both substantive law and procedural proceedings. The publication contains samples of proposals for court and agreements as well.
It also touches the international element in family law relations. Finally, it presents practical recommendations for the period after the divorce.
