In Glossary I, we considered in which cases the state's liability for damage arises pursuant to Act No. 240/2000 Coll., On Crisis Management and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter the "Crisis Act") and whether the existence of wromgfulness on the part of the responsible party is necessary..
