Abstract

Legislative conditions for restricting flying in special territorial nature and landscape protection. In 2017, the Czech Parliament adopted an amendment to Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, No. 123/2017 Coll.

Among other things, the conditions for nature and landscape protection in national parks were newly regulated. In particular, the new regulation significantly affected the basic and stricter conditions of nature protection.

Some of the basic protective conditions in § 16 also relate to the regulation of flight over the territory of national parks. This article deals with the analysis of the regulation of flying regulation over natural specially protected areas, especially over the territory of national parks, but also over other categories of Czech and European special territorial protection (protected landscape areas, bird areas, etc.).

Due to the location of Czech national parks, the authors also make comparisons with the legislation of neighbouring states. The conclusions reflect the present and future of this legislation
