Control of concern interests assertion by the bodies of the dominant entity

Abstract

The paper aims to analyze the concern's interest, as a key feature of the concern's cohesion, and its impact on the control powers of the dominant entity. The second aim of the paper is an analysis of the control tools that the law de lege lata entrusts to the dominant entity for the purpose of ensuring a proper assertion of the concern interest and fixing the concern quality of concern members mutual relations.
