Abstract
A number of reports focused on the treatment of lung cancer were presented at this year's ASCO conference, which took place virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic. The detection of molecular differences in morphologically identical tumors, which we can influence, is increasing targeted treatment, which strengthens personalized treatment in the age of precision medicine.
Efforts to improve the outcome of first-line immunotherapy, such as dual inhibition of immune response checkpoints and combination with chemotherapy, are also evident.
