On some questions of impediments to work during the coronavirus period or is it possible to consider a pandemic as a natural disaster in the sense of labor law?

Abstract

The Paper deals with the issue of impediments to work - their legal regulation in the Czech Labor Code and some application problems manifested during the coronavirus pandemic.
