Publication at Faculty of Law |
2021

Abstract

The paper analyzes quarantine from the point of view of public and private law. In particular, the aim is to point out the effects of the ordered quarantine on employment relationships between employee and employer, including the issue of possible protection of the employee during the quarantine against unilateral termination of employment by the employer.

The article concludes by pointing out other institutes of labour law that employers can use in an effort to prevent the spread of covid-19 viral disease in a workplace.
