The article primarily deals with the issue of bankruptcy insurance of the employment agency, while pointing out the possible pitfalls of the institute. It can be stated that the said insurance has not fulfilled its role since its inception to the present day, and on the contrary it brings into practice various problems, which are described in more detail in the article.
It is therefore legitimate to consider further existence of the institute, or rather whether it should be abolished, as the claims of temporarily assigned employees will be satisfied through a different law like the claims of other employees.
