Abstract
After a long half-century, the greatest feast of economic historians has returned to American soil. From 29 July to 3 August 2018, the XVIII World Economic History Congress took place in Boston, with the clearly defined subtitle Waves of Globalisation.
The host institution was the world-famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT.
