Abstract

Inquinal hernia is a relatively common finding in men indicated for radical prostatectomy. It was previously treated with laparoscopic extraperitoneal radical prostatectomy using a mesh.

With the transition to robotic surgery, the transperitoneal approach began to be preferred.
