Researcher's self-reflection in qualitative research

Abstract

This article shows how certain ethical challenges in qualitative research require constant attention of two interconnected worlds: the world of the researcher and the world of the informant. The author points out the importance of the researcher's reflexivity in qualitative research across each phase of the research process.

The author reflects on her own research self-reflection and its context on her own research chosen by the method of narrative interview and subsequent narrative analysis of this material.
