Abstract
Chapter is dedicated to the Brezhnev stagnation period in Belarusian history (1965-1982). It focuses on some aspects of the stagnation, i.e. so called centrally planned economy, communist ideology and role of the Communist party under the Leonid Brezhnev's rule.
