Abstract
Museums are institutions which stand on visitor's presence at the exhibitions and on their active participation on accompanying programmes. Exhibitions are understood as the core activity and other activities as a complement.
During spring 2020 museum physical spaces were closed for visitors not only in Czech republic due to COVID-19 pandemic. Museums have been searching and exploring new or alternative ways to visitors including various online projects.
This talk presents data gathered during autumn 2020 in which museum professionals reflected experiences from the first pandemic wave in spring.
