Abstrakt
The software uses publicly available data to provide estimates for the reproductive number R of SARS-CoV-2 in the Czech Republic. It allows for a variety of flexible assumptions and different sources of data to give estimates with different precision and time horizon.
It also provides age- and risk-adjusted statistics in real time. It has been used by advisors at the ministry of health and journalists to evaluate the situation in the Czech Republic as well as the effects and usefulness of different policies.
