Abstract
In our article, we address on shortcomings of judicial practice regarding sentencing legal persons. We not only analysed case handled by us but also judicial statistics and court decisions in specific cases which we obtained under the Act on Free Access to Information.
In the article, we focus primarily on the imposing fines and prohibitions on public procurement and on participation in public tenders, and we also focus on procedural aspects of imposing punishments on legal successors of criminally liable legal persons.
